There aren’t many reception spaces in Brisbane with The Rosewood Room’s setting – it’s a unique space. It has its own private veranda with such a beautiful backdrop of the golf course.
The room has a strong Scandinavian influence, with its tongue and groove, polished floors, painted finishes – all reflecting a style that emerged out of Sweden in the Gustavian era. And its polished wooden floors are actually recycled timber from Bretts Warf, as the Swedish Directors Jens and Hans always look for older materials that exude quality and have a piece of history. Along with the design, the architraves, skirting and the finer detail all have a heritage feel and charm.
The building faces west, offering alluring twilight in the afternoon. In fact, the lighting in this room is great at every hour, meaning it can’t take a bad photo. The Rosewood Room is perfect for small to medium size weddings and its design makes it the most inviting space to celebrate with guests.

Capacities
For a seated reception with dance floor (located in The Library Bar) and bridal table, you can have up to 90 guests. A cocktail style reception with a dance floor (located in The Library Bar) can have up to 110 guests.
