Our Hearty Histoy
Steeped in history, Hillstone was originally built by Englishman William Dart in the 1880s as a family home nestled near his farmlands. From those humble beginnings, a legacy of quality and charm was born. Today, the property is led by the innovative Swedish duo Jens Holland and Hans Pettersson, who have worked tirelessly to unite Hillstone, Hundred Acre Bar, and St Lucia Golf Links into one renowned family, continuing to offer exceptional service to this day.
