Celebration of Life Venue

When saying farewell to a loved one, we ensure the occasion is marked with warmth, love, and light. Our memorial service venues are designed to ensure your loved one’s Celebration of Life is as special as possible. We take as much of the organisational stress off you and your family as possible during this difficult time, while also remaining sensitive to budget concerns. 

Our team is here to support you throughout the day as much as we can, from floral arrangements to audiovisual equipment required for slideshows, music, eulogies and speeches. We also encourage personal touches to truly and authentically represent the spirit of the departed. Our team offers multiple packages to tailor each venue, service and menu for family traditions. 

Hillstone’s spaces are beautifully decorated, warmly lit, and equipped for presentations, videos, music, and slideshows during the service. Our Clock Tower is also available for the hearse to park. 

At Hillstone, we understand this will be an emotional day for you and your family. We work with a variety of funeral directors around Brisbane to make the organisation of the day as fast and hassle-free as possible.  

We understand that sometimes loved ones leave suddenly, leaving families with little time for organisation. At Hillstone, short lead times aren’t a problem. If your preferred venue is available on your chosen date, we’ll be ready to welcome you and your loved ones with open arms, and every assurance that you’ll be well taken care of. If the room you desire isn’t free, we’ll gladly guide you through the available spaces and collaborate with you to create a truly special memorial. 

We cater to every aspect of the celebration, from service to wake, with spaces for any group size. We cater to guest lists of 20 to 1,000, with beautiful spaces for both intimate and grand memorial services.
